I am known as the Mentor to Women Who are Changing the World in their own unique way. I am the founder of EMERGE Life! Coaching, a company committed to women's authenticity, growth, and empowerment. My cutting-edge, life-changing strategies produce mindset shifts that create opportunities.

I work with many women who are stuck in their insecurities, limitations, doubts, guilt, fear, indecisiveness, procrastination,  past pain, and opinions of others. I guide them to discover clarity, confidence, and courage to pursue their passions, purpose, and dreams. Through events, workshops, conferences, and private coaching – my unique blend of wisdom, passion, and insight teaches my clients how to live authentically and align their passions to create a life of meaning through discovering their purpose, developing a personal self-care regimen, and building great relationships!

In addition, as a Prayer Strategist who equips and teaches effective prayer practices and leadership, creates structured prayer to align with the person and what they are facing, organizes and oversees prayer retreats and other related events, and provides necessary materials and resources to support prayer activities. I ensure that prayer is integrated into the lives of those women who seek a closer connection in their faith and with God.

In 2022, I laid my son to rest after his fight against a rare form of cancer, only to find out five months prior that I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. When I asked God, Why Me? God said, "There were no promises that life would be perfect, but He did promise He would be with me and never leave me." Defeating "death" wasn't easy, but it was purposed. As a result, my voice has been amplified to empower women to rise higher and go deeper. Through faith, prayer, relationship with God, and my will to live along with a supportive inner circle team, I am here today! After fighting and emerging from a three-year battle with cancer as a caregiver to my son and as a patient, today, a new version of Michele DeCaul was born!  I am not the same person, and I am now on a mission with a more vigorous pursuit to lead women beyond their fears and limitations. As a result, I established a non-profit organization named The DeCaul Foundation to help women access early breast cancer detection through mammogram screenings to ensure breast health. My passion now also includes empowering women diagnosed with breast cancer to live and find their freedom. The fight is real, and I am determined to teach other women how to win!

I am married to my husband, Bryan, and we have two beautiful children and our beloved Bryan Jr. I love reading, learning, journaling, traveling, and enjoying new and exquisite experiences.
